I. 背景
使用開關(guān)柜時,人們都非常注重電力測溫。開關(guān)柜溫度過高主要由以下原因造成:
1. 運輸和工人安裝不佳等原因引起觸頭接觸不佳,接觸電阻變大就會出現(xiàn)觸頭溫度升高,進而可能燒毀停電。
2. 長期運行過程中會出現(xiàn)表面氧化以及接頭松動和老化的現(xiàn)象,這也是造成設備過熱甚至出現(xiàn)嚴重事故的主要原因之一。
這些原因不可避免,由此開關(guān)柜溫度監(jiān)測非常重要。但是開關(guān)柜內(nèi)空間狹小,傳統(tǒng)的測溫方式不能夠滿足需求,因為人工巡檢監(jiān)測不了。安科瑞無線測溫系統(tǒng)成功解決這一問題,因為它是將溫度傳感器直接固定在易發(fā)熱的部位上,然后通過無線傳輸?shù)姆绞綄?shù)據(jù)傳送到后臺,并能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)溫報警的作用。
I.Background
When using switch cabinets, people pay much attention to electrical temperature measurement. The switch cabinet temperature is too high mainly caused by the following reasons:
1)Reasons such as poor transportation and installation by workers will cause poor contact of the contacts. The increase in contact resistance will cause the temperature of the contacts to rise, which may burn out and power out.
2)Surface oxidation, loosening and aging of joints will occur during long-term operation, which is also one of the main reasons for equipment overheating and even serious accidents.
These reasons are inevitable, so the temperature monitoring of the switch cabinet is very important. However, the space in the switchgear is small, and the traditional temperature measurement method cannot meet the demand because the manual inspection cannot be performed.Acrelwireless temperature measurement system successfully solves this problem because it directly fixes the temperature sensor on the heat-prone parts, and then transmits the data to theserverthrough wireless transmission, and can realize the function of over-temperature alarm.
